Ravenscroft is a Guernsey-headquartered, independently owned investment services group established in 2005 (originally Cenkos Channel Islands), with 140+ staff and offices in Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and the UK. Its corporate-finance arm (Ravenscroft Corporate Finance Limited, GFSC-licensed) provides placing-agent services, corporate advisory and listing sponsorship on The International Stock Exchange, and manages six Guernsey closed-ended schemes. (The wealth-management arm was sold to Titan Wealth in Dec 2024; corporate finance remains owner-managed.)
